Cette utilisation est consentie à titre gratuit et ne pourra donner lieu à une quelconque rémunération.
Le participant garantit la FFT contre tout recours (notamment de tiers apparaissant sur la photographie) résultant de la dite utilisation.
Le participant déclare en outre avoir pris connaissance du Règlement Intérieur du Stade Roland Garros -notamment les dispositions de l'article 27 relatives aux prises de vues, enregistrements et copies - et s'y conformer strictement.


The participant agrees that the FFT may use his or her photograph and publish it on www.rolandgarros.com and http://2008.rolandgarros.com , [without any quantity limitations for a worldwide audience and for a period of 1 year from the date of the signature herein]. The participant recognises he or she will receive no remuneration for the publication of this photograph.
The participant guarantees the FFT that no such claim will be made (notably by any other persons appearing in the picture) after the picture is used.
The participant is cognizant of all Rules and Regulations at Roland Garros Stadium, notably article 27 regarding shots, recordings and copies, and strictly agrees to all these terms.
